  24. I have installed latest web&web2c, dvipsk, xdvik and latex2e. Computer is DEC
  25. AXP 3000/500 OSF/1 2.0, gcc-2.5.7. The only problem was NO_FOIL_X_WCHAR_T,
  26. which has been mentioned many times here. I use dc-fonts and Finnish
  27. hyphenation in addition to original one It takes about one working day to get
  28. all pieces functioning (the first time - two years ago with Ultrix and
  29. without KB's distribution - took at least two weeks).

  31. I can't see how more elaborate packaging could help. Karl Berry and
  32. LaTeX3 project and others who have contributed have done excellent job.
